In this position, you will be responsible for keeping a reliable performance of machines through a close co-operation with stakeholdes from; operation, quality, procurement and external suppliers. Drive towards a higher Innovation rate within a Global context and utilize the Global network to improve and standardize.**Responsibilities**:Ensure that all needed documents are created for each manufacturing processIdentify need for investments and give input to stakeholdersEnsure that projects are running smoothly and allocated needed ressources and management attention to relevant tasksQuality Improvements, Drive activities that improve quality in the production, customer PPM and internal scrap & reworkKeep machines updated and Determine causes of operation stops and lead improvements to OEEOperational analyze needs for product requirements to create best operational conditions.Problem solving, from costumer complain or from internal problem.Support and build network cross factories.**Requisitos**:- Fluent English- Desirable master’s degree in Engineering fields, MBA, Supply Chain or related.- 5 years of relevant experience- Leadership skills.**Technical knowledge**- SAP or Oracle knowledge.- CAPEX & Problem Execution- Running production support- Continuous improvement.- Project Management**Localización**:
