You will support initiatives to increase brand awareness and market share of the paints and coatings category in the self-service (supermarkets) channel, through actions in point of sale´, digital and social Networks of your own and market chains. You will report to the Brand Sr Manager for Supermarkets. #LI-Hybrid**Key Responsibilities**- Support in the brand strategy that allows a better positioning by coordinating communication campaigns and follow-up of implementation of commercial activities that generate rotation at the point of sale.- Participate in the brand's MKT plan to ensure an excellent execution- Analyze data of the brands, the market, the competitor and the consumer to propose new strategies- Ensure correct brand use for physical and digital materials- Coordinate all areas involved in new product development: R&D, Formulation, Supplies, Plant, Packaging, Pricing, Logistics, and Synchrophony (GS1).- Support to the team in the communication plans to communicate the brand's seasonal campaigns, collaborating with external agencies and our teams.- Analyze campaign results, marketing strategies and brand performance in the market to detect business opportunities.**Qualifications**- Bachelor´s Degree- English at advanced level- 3+ years of experience in coordination of activities mentioned above- Experience in marketing, market research, products launch and database such as Power BI, Nielsen, Scantrack.- Desirable to have knowledge of distribution channels, product performance, and marketing digital.- Skills: Organization, project management, follow-up, teamwork, strategical thinking.This job posting may have multiple locations listed.Benefits such as medical insurance, life insurance, bonus will be discussed in the interview process.**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.****We are "One PPG" to the world.****We trust our people every day, in every way.****We make it happen.****We run it like we own it.****We do better today than yesterday - everyday.**Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.
