Descripción y detalle de las actividadesdition to the scopes outlined above, the following are expected:- Provide responsive support for end-user hardware and software issues, including desktops,laptops, printers, and mobile devices- Assist with hardware installations, upgrades, replacements, and troubleshooting- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support activities using ticketing systems- Monitor and support network connectivity, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN access- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve infrastructure-related issues- Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing and configuring IT equipment for newhires and deactivating accounts for departing employees- Maintain and organize IT inventory, ensuring availability of spare equipment and timelyprocurement- Participate in IT audits and ensure compliance witExperiência y requisitos- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field- 2-3 years prior experience with providing IT infrastructure and end user desktop support.- Visa- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware components, and basic networking- Experience with ticketing systems and IT asset management tools- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities- Demonstrated experience and abilities with guiding and supporting end-users on all organizational IT- and hardware needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment or similar work setting.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Informática/Sistemas/TI/Programación/Software**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Intermedio, Escrito: Intermedio**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
