Individualmente somos talentosos, pero juntos somos imparables.**Job Summary**:Supports Sourcing, Purchasing, and Materials Planning associates by providing data analysis, systems support, reporting, queries, supply chain integration support and project support. Responsible for utilizing advance Excel, Access, and SQL-based query tools to analyze supplier-provided information (open order backlog, pricing, capacities, lead times, packaging multiples, etc.) against internal data (open purchase orders, sourcing agreements, component/material planning attributes, kanban configurations, material forecasts, etc.) and presenting results and recommended actions to relevant buyer/planners and sourcing specialists. Will facilitate and support interfacing of supplier-related information into internal systems using 3rd party tools, systems and interface mechanisms.**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:- Gather supplier-provided information using various communication platforms and methods, and prepare the information for systemic analysis.- Perform comparative systemic analysis on supplier-related information using advanced Excel skills to determine what updates should be performed on Acuity internal systemic information.- Deliver reports, action lists and other task-related information to affected parties (Buyer/Planners, Sourcing Specialists, Sourcing Managers, etc.)- Facilitate continuous improvement of sourcing and purchasing data integrity using root cause/countermeasure processes and skill sets, in order to increase the accuracy of material planning and procurement processes.**Education (minimum education required)**:- Bachelor of Business Administration**Experience (minimum experience required)**:- 3 to 5 years plus the education listed below- Ability to manage multiple projects and interact with internal and external Business Units.- Working knowledge of utilizing Structured Query Language (SQL) to retrieve systemic information.- Research, analyze, and retrieve data by running queries.- Procurement experience with different commodities.- Knowledgeable of Oracle and the Planning, Sourcing and Purchasing environments.- Knowledge of MS Office Suite**Physical Requirements**:- Light work**Travel Requirements**:- 1-20%**Iluminamos el camino a un mundo Brillante, Productivo y Conectado
