Leadership and supervision of a diverse team of professionals to work efficiently and achieve common goals.**Qualifications**:- Languages: Advanced English / Advanced Spanish- Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar position- Use of Evention / Oracle / Abrhil / Opera / Micros systems- Comprehensive management of budgets, operating costs, and inventories.- Coordination with kitchen, sales, and other key departments to ensure efficient execution.- Supervision of the team before, during, and after the event, including setup, service, and teardown.- Personalized attention to clients, from planning to the completion of the event, ensuring compliance with expectations and proactive resolution of issues.- Verification of compliance with quality standards, safety, and hygiene regulations.- Task distribution to optimize processes and constant monitoring of staff performance.- Ability to act quickly in unforeseen circumstances, always keeping customer satisfaction as a priority.
