Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:Manage a proper Roll-Out of SIS Concepts in the Market in an efficient manner and coordinate with involved parties’ deliverables and process steps according to global development standards to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiencies. Provide the Market trade development teams with support and guidance throughout the process of buying fixtures and fittings.Key Responsibilities:- Maintain constant communication with stakeholders (suppliers and regional development teams) to ensure a timely delivery of furniture, fittings and accessories- Manage the analysis and Follow up of the fixtures and fittings inventory and forecast to ensure countries needs are going to be covered based on systems necessities- Generate the orders for fixtures, fittings and accessories with different suppliers (always taking into account cost effectiveness) to ensure countries needs are going to be covered based on systems necessities- Maintain communication with our suppliers -customer service global, regional and country finance and all departments involved in each country to ensure payments are up to date- Manage and maintain the internal system (IT TOOL) updated with information for SIS and Soft Shop for the correct usage of the tool- Update data in LOP according to country for the correct usage of the tool- Support line Manager with Roll Out implementation and other dutiesKnowledge Skills and Abilities:- University degree or equivalent education required- Broad and deep theoretical understanding of functional area- Minimum 2 years experience in job or job functionRequisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:- 2 years experienceAT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
