**MANAGER RECRUITMENT - PHILIPPINES - BPO-CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE**Location: Mexico**Role**: Full-time Remote, Work From Home Independent Contractor/ Freelancer Role**Experience**:- 8- 12 years ( Experience in BPO or Call Centre recruitment who has handled volume hiring)**Requirement**: Immediate**Mandatory Pre-requisites**- Must have their own laptop/desktop which meets minimum qualifications:- Processor - Core i5 or higher, RAM - 8GB or higher.- Bandwidth Requirements Minimum- Download Speed: at least 6 Mbps; Upload Speed: at least 6 Mbps.- And a quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise (trust us, you'll appreciate the quiet) and without interruption.**Job Summary**:- The Recruitment Manager - BPO or Call Center will mainly be responsible for deliverables of the target required number of quality hires to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan.- The role supervises recruiting capabilities and oversees the recruiting process for either a large or many Operating Unit(s), Capability Group(s), Workforce(s), or Countries with a large recruiting demand plan for us.- Responsible for hiring both volume hiring & niche segments.- Must be handling high volume recruitment and scaling up.**Key Responsibilities**:**Strategic**:- Define and set the strategy for meeting recruiting demand for our clients which involves Volume hiring to niche hires in coordination with the CEO, Global Director of Talent Acquisition, and the other stakeholders to ensure that it is in line with the company's business strategy.- Build Pipelines recruiting strategies and meet the defined targets.- Work on building effective hiring processes and recommend process improvements- Collaborate with key leadership on profile development and assist in supply and demand planning to meet overall business objectives- Provide external marketplace intelligence/industry trend analyses to the Global Director of Talent Acquisition, the recruiting team, and the stakeholder group- Monitor external competitor analyses and recommend adjustments to recruit strategies and processes as needed- Accountable for consistency of messages- Monitor the company's hiring and talent image in the marketplace- Define and customize selling messages delivered to applicants- Develop market compensation strategies- Influence decisions made affecting the recruiting organization- Participate in strategic projects, and initiatives impacting the Recruiting, HR, or GS Organization**Operational**- Develop expert knowledge of recruiting demands and skills profiles- Oversee team execute Recruiting Plan and meet targets- Responsible for coordinating a large recruiting pipeline and meeting recruiting targets- Act as a main point of contact and participate in contract negotiations and management- Collaborate with recruiting and sourcing experts to gain a thorough understanding of the resource planning process and recruiting demand, marketing messages, and best practices- Provide external marketplace information to recruiting teams and business organizations- Gather, evaluate and report external competitor intelligence- Coordinate and conduct interviews- Supervise recruiting events and sourcing activities- Oversee contract management and post-offer management- Responsible for Channel/Source Management (in some Geographies)- Oversee referral process of applicants- Ensure update of recruiting database and tools- Oversee completeness of recruit files- Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identify issues, and recommend actions**Supervision**:Supervise a team of recruiters and delegate work appropriatelyResponsible for the career development of team members (training, supervision, evaluation, promotion recommendations)Facilitate teamwork and process integration across the recruiting team**Cooperation and Communication**:Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholder groups (e.g. Operating Group, Capability Group, Client Group, Geography Leadership) to understand their business objectives and fulfill recruiting demandFrequent interaction and management relationships with a stakeholder groupCommunicate recruiting strategy, policies, and procedures to the teamDeliver key marketing messages to recruiting team to ensure selling messages are integrated into the recruiting processFacilitate the cross-team flow of information on tools and processes**Relationships**:Reports to: the Global Director of Talent Acquisition and parallel reporting to the CEO.External Relationships: Channels/Sources ( Clients, Internet Job Boards, Cross-functional Departments, etc.),**Qualifications**:Relevant Experience: 8-12 years of relevant work experience in BPO Recruitment mainly focusing on high-volume hiring.**Knowledge/Skills Requirements**:BPO Recruitment experience mainly focussed on Volume Hiring.Strong understanding of the company's busin
