Working closely with designers, developers, and campaign managers, this role will implement all programmatic and operational initiatives through the marketing automation platform.**What You'll Be Doing**:- Developing campaign canvases that take the multiple moving parts of a digital campaign and represents it in a graphical format to create rich, multi-step campaigns to help meet marketing goals.- Understand and evaluate campaign metrics. Work with management to define KPIs, reporting, analyze campaign performance.**What We Are Looking For**:- 2+ years of marketing automation experience with any platform (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, or similar tools).- Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices.- Advanced English skills.- Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency.- Strong independent project management skills.- Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under mínimal supervision.- Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion.- Excellent attention to detail.**The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More**:(preferred)- Experience with the Eloqua marketing automation platform- Copywriting- Digital and/or graphic design experience- Experience working in a marketing agency**What's In It For You**:At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
