Job Description We need a competent Operations Coordinator who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and support our growing business. This role is essential for ensuring clear and timely communication between our operations team and clients. Compensation is $1500 USD per month . Job Requirements: Able to work in Pacific Standard Time (PST), 8 AM - 5 PM . 2+ years of experience in administrative, project coordination, or operations support roles. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in English communication. Work includes but is not limited to: Sending daily project updates to clients, including photos, key updates, and relevant details. Managing and submitting clearance requests . Drafting and sending start day emails with key project information. Coordinating with the operations team to gather and document project progress. Responding to client inquiries regarding project status and updates.
