No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.**Know more**:PepsiCoJobs**Join PepsiCo, dare for better.****Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**This role is responsible of executing the end to end internal and external recruitment process for Tech open positions aligned with the local requirements while developing core sourcing processes to identify external talent when needed.**Your Impact**As **Technology TA Business Partner** your responsibilities would consist of**Execute end to end external recruitment process**:- Facilitation of Hiring Manager Intake Meeting to align the process, SLAs and profilerequirements.- Job Description review and requisition posting on ATS and job boards- Ensure slate diversity representation requirements- Collect post interview feedback and facilitate consensus discussion, if needed.**Create the OLDF (Offer Letter Detailed Form) and send it to the MBS team to generate the offer letter**:- Obtain TR and HR approvals if needed.- Ensure service delivery and KPIs fulfilment such as Time to Accept (TTA), Time-to-Find/Hire, Hiring Manager Satisfaction scores(HMSS) and system accuracy, among others.- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, includingfunctional hiring managers, HR partner, MBS and HBS teams in order to foster partnershipsthat yield consistent on-going communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes in order to build TA function credibility- Active participation in Talent Acquisition ProjectsQualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?**- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management or related.- Fluent English (Conversacional)- Minimum 1 year experience recruiting IT and/or Technology profiles.- Experience in stakeholder management.- Knowledge and experience in TA Softwares (Icimis, SAP, or other)- Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook- Knowledge and experience in Linkedin Recruiter, OCC, Indeed or other.**What can you expect from us**:- Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.- Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.- Development programs according to Leadership skills.- Specialized training according to the role.- Learning experiences with internal and external providers.- We love to celebrate success, which is why we have recognition programs for seniority, behavior, leadership, moments of life, among others.- Financial wellness programs that will help you reach your goals in all stages of life.- A flexibility program that will allow you to balance your personal and work life, adapting your working day to your lifestyle.- And because your family is also important to us, they can also enjoy benefits such as our Wellness Line, thousands of Agreements and Discounts, Scholarship programs for your children, Aid Plans for different moments of life, among others.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
