Come be a part of this journey****BAT **MEXICO **IS LOOKING FOR A** NEW CATEGORIES - DEMAND PLANNING ANALYST**FUNCTION**: Marketing - New Categories**LOCATION**:Monterrey**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**This role is part of the New Categories Marketing department.The role is responsible for supporting the New Categories department in product forecasting and data analysis.**Reports to: Planning & Insights Manager.****Reporting Level**:Managerial.**Geographic Scope**:Latin-American and the Caribbean.**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Demand plans development, responsible for the forecast accuracy for entrusted end markets.- Tracking of all changes in demand plan in a monthly basis.- New categories business KPIs tracking and reporting.- Tracking of actual performance vs demand plan.- Macro performance, trends and competitive environment analysis.- Provide volume scenarios based on various assumptions (pricing, competitive launches, etc)- To be in aligned with the Trade Marketing & Distribution and Brands teams in which insights should be reflected and tracked in the demand plan.- Ensure On time in full reporting to the regional Strategy, Planning & Insights team.- Monthly sales and target upload.- Production and supply plan upload.**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**- Do you see yourself developing and growing in a dynamic and challenging environment?- Are you good with numbers, mathematics, and data analysis?**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**- Graduated in Data Science, Math or Engineering.- 1-3 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management or Operations.- Prior experience in supply planning, demand planning, forecasting, inventory management or manufacturing operations is a plus.- Advanced experience in Excel, database and/or statistical tools.- Strong mathematics and statistics skills.- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure with limited supervision- Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing demands.- Advance English written and verbal communication skills- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.**BENEFICIAL**:- **Competitive compensation package.**:- **Great professional growth and development opportunities****WE ARE BAT**At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
