**ROLE SUMMARY**

We are looking for a Demand Plannning / Forecasting that support the business planning process via accurate sales information analysis and demand forecasting process to ensure company plan objectives are achieved.

**Reports to**:Demand Planning Director

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Build the necessary tools/models to support demand forecasting for monthly demand planning, annual demand planning and ad-hoc requests.
- Provide accurate and timely volume performance analysis to facilitate demand forecasting.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting as per the Regional guidelines.
- Manage forecasting process and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Coordinate local forecasting process, co build short and mid-term demand plan with Sales & Marketing team
- Propose demand plan based on statistical analysis (considering market trends, customers vision, expected exceptional, guidelines issued from previous S&OP cycles)
- Co-operate with the Product and Marketing teams to understand the product availability and coming Marketing activities
- Consolidate the product-level forecasts from the sales teams
- Provide visibility on product performance and reveal a trend towards lower or higher margin products for management team for fact-based decision making
- Maintain demand plan to ensure cost effectiveness and to meet customer needs
- Work with sales teams and supply chain management to improve forecast accuracy

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE**

**ESSENTIAL**

**Experience Required**
- A graduate in Engineering / Statistics / Econs / Maths / MBA would be an added advantage
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in domain, senior stakeholder management and project management in a large scale organisation.
- Good understanding of End To End Supply Chain Management
- Good understanding of SC Planning tools: JDA (advanced) and SAP / SAP AP
- Highly disciplined in data and documentation management
- Highly skilled in Excel
- Strong Project Management skills
- Writing, communication, organizational, and decision making skills to a high standard and in fluent English (the working language).
- Highly numerate with the ability to make decisions and judgements, the ability to work in a changing environment generating innovative ideas and creative solutions.
