**Req ID**: We are currently seeking a Field Services Technician to join our team in Ciudad de México, Colonia Del Valle - Alcaldía Benito Juarez, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX). Field Tech Senior Representative.- These individuals typically have knowledge of their work area but only generalunderstanding of work outside their own area.- They complete a variety of tasks which are standard and recurring.- When the work is non(1)routine, they escalate to a manager and/or receivespecific instructions prior to completing.- Performs basic configuration of desktop / notebook /printers.- May assist with simple parts replacement and repair on desktops / notebooks/printers.- Travel may be required- Typically requires 9-18 months' relevant experience.- High School Diploma or equivalent.- Basic knowledge of Windows operating system environment.- Basic client service skills.- Ability to physically perform general office requirements.- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.- Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.**About NTT DATA
