When you add that to the challenges we take on and solve together, you’ll discover that at HARMAN you can grow, make a difference and be proud of the work you do every day.Ensure in collaboration with planning and logistics team for customer shipments on timeDefine MBU/CA StructureEstablish multidisciplinary teams for continuous improvement.Identify and implement improvements to reduce obsolescence riskIdentify and implement improvements to increase efficiency of laborInitiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-compliance relatedInitiate, recommend or provide solutions through established communication channels.Ensure high level of data and transactional integrity in the MRP system in order to achieve correct high of inventory accuracyResponsible for MRP SystemZero premium freight services through the proper production planning processes.Analyze and present customer driven trends and projections in order to properly manage plant capacity and operating.And other activities assigned by Sr. Manager, MBU.Train CAs based on Job Description and Specific Customer Requirement on Portal - As Customer Requirement.Act as escalation point for Logistic topics, coaching and sponsoring Customer Analysts where applicableBasic Qualifications:- Integrity.- Innovation.- Inclusion.- Teamwork & Respect.- Excellence.Engineering, International Business, Finance or Administration Degree.+8 years of related experience.Experience in the automotive industry preferably.Experience with customer relationship.Knowledge on inventory tasks (cycle count, audits, customer service).Ability to work under stressful conditions.Computer Knowledge.ERP Systems Knowledge.Schedule Availability.Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.English 90%, Advance English level (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations).Specific Customer Requirement Training on Portal - As Customer Requirement.Preferred Qualifications:- Leadership.- Change Orientation.- Collaboration.- Judgment.- Result Driven.Communication Skills (Oral and Written).Initiative.Analytical.Problem solving skills.Achievement oriented.SAP system.APICS.Excel Knowledge.HARMAN is an Equal Opportunity /Affirmative Action employer.
