**Date Posted**:**Country**:Mexico**Location**:Calzada Manuel Gómez Morín número 3200,Colonia Rancho Hermanos Fuentes, CP 21190,Mexico.**Position Role Type**:Unspecified** What You Will Do**:- Establish the physical layout of machinery and the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow.- Plan the sequence of operations and procedures and documents manufacturing standard work and routings.- Plan the allocation of resources, materials and personnel to establish maximum utilization of equipment.- Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control.- Lead and support **process improvement initiatives** to optimize efficiency and reduce operational waste.- Perform **scrap and rework analysis**, including data review, root cause identification, and implementation of standardized procedures.- Participate in **tooling design** using SolidWorks, ensuring accuracy, manufacturability, and alignment with engineering requirements.** Qualifications You Must Have**:- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related engineering field and 5 years of prior relevant experience- Medium-advanced Excel user- Good communication & presentation skills- Project management- Experience using continuous improvement tools including LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.- Experience leveraging influencing, interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results.- SolidWorks experience required**Qualifications We Preferred**:- Experience in Lean Manufacturing.- Experience with Drawings, BOMs, Routings, Manufacturing Procedures and product specifications.- Bachelor's degree in engineering; Mechatronics or Mechanical preferred, Industrial or Aerospace also acceptable.- Valid Visa is preferred- Root cause analysis**Role Type Definitions**:**Onsite**: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite.
