COMPLIANCE MEDICALResponsabilitys:- Manage customer claims and minimize resolution time by increasing communication between account managers, operations, production, and the customer.- Maintain regulatory compliance through HIPAA investigations and privacy breaches.- Understand and live by PPG's ethics and business conduct policies.- Work in close collaboration with the compliance & ethics department team leaders.- Document review findings and work closely with the account officers, managers and upper management on KYC issues.- Update the KYC program and relate forms (customer identification form, customer risk rating form and customer verification form).- Provide OSHA responses through regional/corporate safety as required.- Develop and institute OSHA compliant company safety programs.- Ensure federal regulatory compliance for Medicaid transportation providers and TANF recipients.- Develop several databases to track Medicaid billing components and audit documentation.- Sole business representative for successful system development of CMS letter denial process.- Process all internal and external requests for information ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.- Review physician documentation and code selection to determine physician compliance with CMS guidelines.- Gather detail documentation, and develop PowerPoint presentations on corrective action plans for stakeholder meetings.- Develop and implement employee and physician education and training programs relevant to HIPAA regulatory requirements.Sante Fe, CuajimalpaInglés fluidoMANDA TU CV CON RANGO SALARIAL
