The Telesales Intermediate Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.**Responsibilities**:- Provides training for telephone representatives for business campaigns.- Monitors the results of each campaign in the telephone centers.- Monitors and evaluates indicators of quality parameters.- Implements and executes initiatives to achieve results.- Verifies fulfillment of goals and hours worked of each representative.- Coaches sales representatives.- Implement the operational criteria for each campaign.**Qualifications**:- 2-5 expierence in banking or marketing.- Good analytical skills and decision-making.- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel- Self-motivated and detail oriented- Proactive leadership and motivational skills- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills**Education**:- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experienceCrear estrategias financieras que permitan tener una rentabilidad sustentable por la colocación de tarjetas de crédito en los Socios Comerciales y objetivos de la dirección de ventas, basado en los 3 pilares que forman parte de responsabilidad del puesto: Administración del presupuesto y finanzas de la Dirección, esquema de incentivos para la fuerza de ventas y creación y seguimiento de KPI´s y MIS de ventas**Funciones**:- Estara a cargo de la gestion de 3 pilares en socios comerciales:enlace a incentivos con recursos humanos.
