**_Puebla_**_, _**_Mexico_**_ _****General Accountabilities**- Designing, deploying, configuring, patching and remote control through Software Center Configuration Manager.- Administration of Microsoft Applications and Desktop Platforms.- Imaging and Packaging.- Understanding of Windows Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, Enterprise Patching.- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.- Knowledge regarding Endpoint Manager or Intune.- Managed an environment with 200 or more endpoints.- Experience supporting systems by optimizing performance, resolving production problems, and providing timely follow-up on reported problems.- Interpreting and maintaining systems documentation.- Provide root cause analysis of reported incidents.- Experience with monitoring systems and troubleshooting concepts.- Experience with scripting.**Job Qualifications****Education**:- Bachelor’s degree preferred.ITSM foundation training required.**Experience**:- 5+ years of IT experience.- 3+ years of relevant experience on software deployment.- 1+ years on Cloud platforms.- Experience Microsoft Technologies.- Knowledge of VBScript and/or Powershell**Professional Skills**- Fluent English language skills required: verbal and written communication.- Experience working with multicultural teams and customers.- Self-motivated and disciplined.- Excellent meeting facilitation skills, including teleconference and web conference.- Ability to make decisions and resolve incidents.Ability to explain technical concepts to Management, team members and customers.- Proficient in Microsoft Office product suite.- Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule responding to critical issues.**Benefits**:Medical, Dental and Life Insurance.
