Regional Service Manager – Husky Technologies Location: Cuajimalpa, Mexico. Full-time position. Job Description: As the Leader of the Field Service team, you will be responsible for delivering on commitment maintained metrics and regional profit & loss targets. You will coach and direct the field service team to ensure customer success, first‑call resolution, and sustainable service revenue growth through proactive selling of parts and service products. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership to the Field Service team to achieve commitment maintained metrics and regional financial targets. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective resolution of service issues. Develop sustainable service revenues via proactive selling of parts, preventive / predictive maintenance contracts, and renewal activities. Build relationships and business in targeted key accounts. Travel frequently to meet customers, support sales, and manage field service operations. Financial acumen and ability to manage a P&L. Proven ability to grow revenue through account management and integrated account strategies. Customer‑centric problem solving. Flexibility to adapt to fast‑changing, high‑pressure situations. Excellent verbal and written communication, with proven leadership skills. Technical and mechanical knowledge of injection molding systems or related products. Project management skills. Ability to work remotely from the main center while maintaining communication with the regional team. Qualifications / Experience Related engineering degree. Minimum 10 years of experience in a capital equipment OEM environment. Minimum 5 years in a technical field or environment related to technical customer service in a leadership role.
