The Ops Sup Intr Ayst SAFE Act NRZ is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Sup Intr Ayst SAFE Act NRZ serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.**Responsibilities**:- Resolve variable operational issues with potentially broader business and departmental impact, as needed- Ensure the quality of tasks assigned and influence decisions through advice or facilitation services- Communicate with tact and diplomacy in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information- Assist with supervisory activities in the absence of manager**Qualifications**:- 2-5 years of relevant experience- Previous experience within operations- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements- Self-motivated and detail oriented- Proven organization and time management skills- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills- This position requires the employee to register as a mortgage loan originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry ("Registry") and obtain a unique identifier from the Registry before engaging in mortgage loan originator activities, to maintain and renew that registration on an annual basis, to update registration information with the Registry on a timely basis, and to provide that unique identifier to consumers as required by applicable SAFE Act**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
