**Employee Relations Sr Manager****Role purpose**This role will support development and delivery of Employee Relations processes and policies that deliver a fair, consistent and transparent approach to people but one that also helps to drive performance and success for the bank.**Main activities**- Give support to local Head of ER, HR teams, businesses and functions in guidance and delivery of ER policies.- Support on technology and process change, driving to continuous improvement.- Work closely with Union for negotiations and support.- Maintain straight relation with key stakeholders.- Project management of future of working.- Conduct investigations related to HR topics and deliver unbiased outcomes.**Requirements**:**Key skills**- Stakeholder management.- Leadership.- Problem solver.- Ability to synthesize complex information into simple concepts.- Attention to detail.- Project management skills.- Written and spoken communication skills.- Analytical.- Forward thinking, innovative.- Negotiation.**Knowledge & Experience**- Proven knowledge in ER.
