How You’ll Make an Impact Lead and coordinate project teams to achieve successful delivery. Support project planning and define technical requirements. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Provide regular status updates and ensure smooth project development. Oversee technical documentation and testing phases (FAT, SAT, installation). Mentor and train future Technical Leads for organizational growth. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Computer Science/IT. 5+ years of experience with SCADA/EMS/DMS systems. Strong knowledge of electric power system control and monitoring. Proven ability to manage stakeholder requirements and expectations. Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
