The foundation of this team is to allow our incredibly talented creative thinkers to focus on what they do best, while ensuring that the work is delivered on time and on brand, with a focus on scalability and cost efficiency.**ABOUT THE ROLE**This is generally not a design-focused role, you will be spending most of your time building and making, taking existing concepts and creating them for final production based on where they are being delivered. That said you will have some design opportunities come your way and need to build with a strong design aesthetic.Please have a portfolio that shows the work you’ve been directly involved in and what your role was in those projects.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Work closely with project managers and project requestors to understand the project scope and proactively ask pertinent questions when needed.- Deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready files for events and digital demand gen, across a range of media formats.- Ability to take existing concepts and lay them out in various formats with a strong visual aesthetic.- Expert understanding of Salesforce guidelines.- Take on multiple projects at one time.- Highly proactive, communicative, and focused on delivering on deadlines.- Ensure all final assets are properly prepared and uploaded to the internal DAM.**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**- 8 years of industry or related creative experience.- Extensive experience in design, production or related field.- Experience working in digital design and production at an internal marketing organization or advertising agency environment.- Deep understanding of creative production processes across digital & print formats.- Experience managing internal client relationships and agencies.- Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English.- Expert knowledge of creative process and all digital creative software tools.Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core proficiencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, volunteer work, etc.).**BENEFITS & PERKS**- Comprehensive benefits package including well-being reimbursement, generous parental leave, adoption assistance, fertility benefits, and more- Exposure to executive thought leaders and regular 1:1 coaching with leadership- Volunteer opportunities and participation in our 1:1:1 model for giving back to the community**In school, or graduated within the past 12 months?
