This role involves overseeing fabrication quality, analyzing customer complaints, improving production systems, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.How will you do it?Oversee product fabrication quality and ensure compliance with general standards.Analyze customer complaints and implement corrective actions using 8D methodology.Investigate internal production issues and drive improvements through JCMS tools.Track and improve key performance indicators (IPPM, RPPM, COPQ, ERI, YRR). Implement new engineering changes and ensure quality assurance in production Conduct LPA and ISO audits as per scheduleCoordinate Quality Inspectors to maintain high standards in processes and products.Lead DFMEA/PFMEA/Control Plan activities to mitigate product risks.Ensure compliance with ISO, ASME Manual, and other quality documentation Support EHS, Quality & JCMS goals and metricsMaintain 5S standards for workplace organization and cleanliness.What are we looking for?**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering.**Experience**: Minimum two years in quality engineering, statistical analysis, and continuous improvement.Strong knowledge of ISO standards and JCMS tools.Ability to analyze and resolve quality issues using structured methodologies. Experience in negotiations, sample testing, and statistical analysis.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.English proficiency above 65%
