**Importante empresa de manufactura metalmecanica, Te invita a formar parte de su equipo de trabajo****Perfil**- DNC, Gestión con proveedores.- Administrar el plan de desarrollo y competencias- Cumplimiento legal de capacitación DCs de capacitación- Coordinar inducción.- Training y DO, Coordinar temas de general y atención al personal como transporte y comedor, porque será parte de sus actividades.- Administración y desarrollo de personal Sindicalizado y empleado.- Administraría cursos legales, seguridad y medio ambiente, cursos de cumplimiento de ética- Proveer y coordinar cursos internos y externos- Detección de necesidades de capacitación y coordinar los entrenamientos.
