We are looking for great **Service Desk Agent **to answer **ONSITE** inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and tech support, responding inquiries about: services, processing payments, or performing general IT maintenance to Biggest American Chains in North America.For more complex problems that require nuanced instruction, you will contact clients via phone and/or provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals.**To be qualified for this role, you should have**:- Minimum 12 months’ call center experience (Service Desk, IT Help Desk campaigns)- Ability to navigate through various tools/screens while troubleshooting with customers- Ability to use questioning techniques to uncover issues and find the best solutions or actions to resolve queries- Strong communications skills in English and Spanish (speaking and writing)**Qualifications**:- High school diploma or GED (might be unfinished)- Excellent verbal and communication skills, B1H/B2 English proficiency- Basic PC keyboarding skills: basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required- 1 year of call center experience in Service Desk, Help Desk and/or IT campings- Demonstrated ability to support our high volume of inbound calls- Schedule availability**We offer**:- Base Salary $18,000 - $21,600- Performance Bonus up to $2,000- $2,000 Hirign Bonus- 2 days off- All law benefits- Food coupons- Direct hiring**Salary**: $18,000.00 - $23,600.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- 64000, Monterrey, N. L.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Experience**:- Tech Support: 1 year (preferred)- Call Center: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
