Objetivo:Esta posición será el punto de contacto principal para los equipos financieros locales, garantizando la calidad en la entrega de reportes financieros, cumplimiento de políticas contables globales, identificación de mejoras de proceso, y soporte técnico en normativas como IFRS. También será clave en la implementación de iniciativas de eficiencia y colaboración con stakeholders regionales y globales.Actividades:- Liderar el proceso contable y de RtR para la región.- Asegurar la calidad en reportes financieros y cumplimiento normativo (IFRS, políticas HEINEKEN).- Identificar e implementar mejoras en procesos financieros.- Ser punto de contacto principal con equipos locales y globales.**Requisitos**:- Título en Contaduría Pública o carrera afín.- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en empresas multinacionales y al menos 2 años liderando equipos.- Sólido conocimiento en Finanzas, Contabilidad y Consolidación Financiera.- Nível de Inglés: Avanzado (Indispensable).- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales.- Nível de Excel: Intermedio/Avanzado.- Conocimiento de Power BI (Plus).
