**InfoSec Engineer - 100% Remote (Mexico)****$55,000 - $60,000 MXN netos/mes****Esquema Contractor (sin prestaciones)****About the Role**We’re looking for an **InfoSec Engineer** passionate about protecting cloud environments and strengthening security operations. In this role, you’ll be **hands-on**, working side by side with IT, DevOps, and Engineering to:- Keep our systems secure and audit-ready.- Lead security incident response.- Drive compliance with top industry standards like **SOC 2** and **ISO 27001**.If you’re motivated by meaningful challenges in a **fast-paced SaaS environment**, this role is for you.**Key Responsibilities**- Manage **Identity & Access Management (IAM, SSO, MFA, RBAC)**.- Monitor and respond to **SIEM, endpoint, and vulnerability scanner alerts**.- Lead **incident response** from triage to resolution and after-action reviews.- Partner with Engineering & IT to implement and maintain compliance controls.- Support **SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits**, including evidence collection.- Conduct **vendor risk reviews** and support customer security questionnaires.- Coordinate **penetration tests** and ensure remediation follow-up.- Maintain and improve **security governance policies, risk registers, and response plans**.**What We’re Looking For**- **4-7 years** in information or IT security.- Deep knowledge of **SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS frameworks**.- Hands-on experience with IAM, incident response, and vulnerability management.- Familiarity with **Okta, AWS, GitHub, Jira/Confluence, Google Workspace, Datadog**.- Strong communication skills to work with technical and non-technical teams.**Nice to Have**- Experience with **compliance automation** (Drata, Vanta, Secureframe).- Background in **SaaS or cloud-native** security.- Prior audit participation or **customer-facing security reviews**.**Why Join Us?**- Tackle meaningful **security challenges** in a modern SaaS company.- Help shape our **compliance and security posture** from the ground up.- Collaborate with **cross-functional teams** and grow as a trusted security leader.- 100% Remote - work from anywhere in Mexico.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- Leiste perfectamente el perfile de puesto?- Cumples con todas las tecnologías que se te piden?- Cuentas con buen nível de ingés conversacional?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
