One is 100% remote, so you can enjoy working from home; the other is a hybrid modality for those who like half and half, and we have our own local offices for those who prefer a corporate and friendly workspace.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES THAT YOU WILL NEED TO CONSIDER**:- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues.- Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks.- Explain and position the products and processes with customers.- Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with the managerial team- Ensure first-call resolution through problems solving and effective call handling.**Knowledge & Skills**:- Must be 18 or older with a High School diploma or equivalent.- Problem-Solving skills, Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.- Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious).- Keen aptitude for systems knowledge.- Software aptitudes/ knowledge.- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation- Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)- English**While at MOMA Remotes, you’ll enjoy**- The people.
