About the roleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Admin to join our vibrant legal team at Reckitt. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their legal expertise. You will engage with various teams, contributing to our dynamic culture while developing autonomy in your role. Your responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal team, managing day-to-day tasks efficiently.
- Undertake research on legal developments, ensuring our team stays ahead of the curve.
- Assist with contract management and maintain impeccable legal document archives.
- Facilitate the organisation of meetings and coordinate with external law firms.
- Handle communications, including processing invoices and tracking legal expenditures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimisation of our legal procedures.
- Previous experience or qualifications as identified by your future line manager.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise a diverse workload and meet challenging deadlines.
- Solid communication skills and a foundation in legal services.
- A continuous improvement mindset aimed at streamlining processes.
- Team player with an appreciation for integrity and risk management.
