**HANON SYSTEMS****Solicita**:**MP&L Manager****Descripción y Requisitos****Requirements / Experience**:Manage all human resources for the department (hourly/ Salaried/contracted) including objectives, coaching and professional development.Budget development for Inventory Value, Inventory Turns, Premium Freight, Packaging and other OH CostsKnowledge about delivery performance based on Customer requirementsSafety standards, including company targets as LTC rates.Develop and maintain product flow process, marketplace and storage good practicesNew Models and Running Changes flawless launch, including mínimal obsolescence costs.Monthly budget and Build Plans, Financial Revenue and Volume weekly / monthly / quarterly forecasts and comparison focused to achieve targets.Maintain Cycle Count processes aligned with Company guidelines, including actions plans to minimize significant variances.Lead with Packaging Engineer all related to returnable and expandable packaging, ensuring controls for maintenance, cleanliness and proper market areas to store.**Knowledge / Skills**Strong analytical experience & data modeling using Excel AdvancedAbility to multitask and manage several projects and assignmentsHigh sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlinesStrong attention to detail and general knowledge of Logistics and warehousingExperience in Supply chain, Procurement, and /or Program Management.**Profile**:- Self oriented, motivated, high sense of ownership with knowledge in safety and quality standards.Good communication and negotiation skillsGood organization skillsBS in Business, Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering80% minimum English (oral and written)Puesto: Gerente**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
