This is an opportunity to develop your skills and experience as an important member of the Claims Auto team.AIG's CLAIMS Autos teams help policyholders in cases where an automobile claim occurs, providing timely attention for the resolution of their claim, we serve both multinational and individual clients. We're reimagining how we help customers manage their claims, adjusting our operating model, and reshaping our responsibilities and career paths. The goal is to unlock the full potential of each affiliate, empowering our people to develop as insurance professionals and add more value for our clients and AIG.**How you'll make an impact**- Analyze auto complex claims, adjust reserves, issue payments (To vendors, third party and/or insureds, etc),- The analysis must be done under the segmentation rules and claims procedures.- Also, the employee must be able to identify fraud indicators and refer those claims to investigation.- The employee manages reservations and payments.- Manages deductibles and recoveries.**What you need to do to succeed**- Utilizes acceptable investigation claims handling and settlement techniques that achieve cost effective and timely closure results by obtaining, reviewing and analyzing documentation, policy provisions and other records.- May require additional contact with other parties (i.e. employer, claimants, third parties such as medical providers, auto repair centers, etc.) as deemed necessary.- Utilizes diary system to pro-actively resolve outstanding issues and to ensure timely processing and closure of claim.- Provides timely service throughout the life of the claim by meeting all service level agreements, initiating timely contact to all appropriate parties, and responding to incoming inquires according to company policy and procedures.- Maintains accurate system data and documentation by collecting, recording, analyzing, and summarizing information.- Determines and timely sets appropriate reserves within authority level.- Identify subrogation opportunities and fraud potential and make appropriate.**Reimagining Insurance to Make a Big Change in the World**AIG Seguros México S.A. de C.V. is a leader in commercial and individual insurance solutions; We are one of the most far-reaching property accident networks in the world.
