Application Deadline:- Workplace: Hybrid Position- Location: Apodaca, MX, N.L. 66600- Contract Type: Full-Time- Employment Type: RegularBecome part of our team and let’s create possibilities together.**What is the job about?**The Business Analyst supports the WU Segment or assigned Regions with information, analysis, financial forecasting, revenue, and expense budgeting. The position coordinates workflow among the entities relating to the segment or region. Activities include researching trends about the position of the segment, cluster, region or other defined business dimensions. This position directly contributes to strategic decisions, providing a forward-looking and commercial view.**Your main responsibilities**:- Provides analysis of business drivers, financial performance improvement action recommendations, sales analytics, and other performance-based analytics.- Prepares Budgets, Forecast and Strategic planning and supports securing that planning is supported by initiatives and corrective actions.- Assists in developing business cases to support strategic initiatives, integrating business plans into planning and following up on Business Cases.- Oversees full cost allocation and optimizes contribution to Group Profitability on relevant dimensions (segments, customers, products, projects etc.)- Prepares material and participates in quarterly business reviews.- Analyses and reports deviations between budgets, forecasts and actuals.- Supports and collaborate with price management and discount structures.- Oversees full cost allocation and optimizes contribution to Group profitability on relevant dimensions (segments, customers, products) for the WU Segment or the assigned Region.- Super user in dashboard designs, deployment incl. periodic data sourcing.- Supports in other financial metrics such as overdue, cash flow, WOC Debtors, etc.- Support in ad-hoc analysis requested from the FBP.- Participate in global business analysis projects.**Your background**:We imagine that you have:- BS degree in accounting or finance required.- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance role using SAP and TM1- Bilingual (English - Spanish)Prioritizing efforts in alignment to goals and needs, differentiated each prospect.- Experience building planning models, including strategy, budgets, and forecast cycles/programs.- Challenges proposals and decisions in a constructive, objective and professional way. Provides alternative options and keeps the long-term interests of all stakeholders in mind.- End-to-end value chain perspective, enabling collection of data from multiple source systems and translation into an aggregate dashboard.- Ability to clearly and concisely summarize data and present conclusions to senior management.- Strong analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills- Extensive use of complex spreadsheets and datasets to consolidate and analyze data.- Proven ability to work closely with Management.- Style that is collaborative, service oriented and innovative.- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and be self-sufficient.- Good knowledge of SAP R3 FI, SD modules and BW- Super user with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI**What’s in it for you?**Whether it’s developing leadership skills or advancing your expertise even further, we’ll support you with continuous learning and development opportunities, to help discuss and steer your long-term Grundfos career path.
