Descripción y detalle de las actividadesWith expertise in inbound marketing, storytelling, and design, the Talent Branding Specialist will partner with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging that aligns with ITJ’s mission and values.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**Your efforts will drive engagement across channels, attract top talent, and strengthen ITJ’s position as an employer of choice. Through your creativityand strategic mindset, you will contribute to ITJ’s mission and help grow its reputation in the competitive digital landscape.- Develop and execute high-impact, integrated employee branding campaigns- Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance- Assisting up in recruiting events- Manage digital marketing efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards- Developing and executing an integrated, scalable communications strategy that emphasizes culture and employee engagement across multiple teams in different locations- Developing and executing Employer Branding strategies that will support attraction and retention of talents- Assist in the creative direction to meet the objectives of all publicity and public communications, influencing brand initiatives to increase brand awareness a consideration as well as build market positionExperiência y requisitos**Education**- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field, or equivale- professional experience.- +2 years of relevant experience in marketing automation- +2 years of experience in sourcing and employee branding campaigns**Experience**- Exceptional writing and editing skills in both Spanish and English.- Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Growth mindset, curiosity about productivity tools, and process automation.- A desire to work hard in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high energy and mission-driven colleagues.- Extra bonus points if you’ve worked in B2B startups.- Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management- Knowledge of database management concepts and best practices- Strong independent project management skills- Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under mínimal supervisionBeneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Mercadotecnia/Publicidad/Comunicación/RRPP**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Híbrido**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Turno Matutino- Turno de 8 Horas- Lunes a viernes**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Español**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Inglés**Hablado: Intermedio, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
