We support our insurance company affiliates by offering property and casualty insurance products inclusive of personal auto, homeowners, RV, motorcycle, small business auto insurance and more.The Recruitment Marketing and Branding Analyst will assist the Branding Team with managing Integon’s internal and external employment brand, including: Monitoring and responding to all social media comments and messages; updating reporting and analysis; updating Integon’s Careers website; attending events and creating content for various social media channels.**Key responsibilities**- Coordinates various recruitment marketing activities / operations.- Drafts general communications both external and internal and develops project-based recruitment marketing communication plans.- Manages MultiMedia / Production work, including employment branding videos and employee photo shoots. Recommends participants and images/clips/sound-bites to leverage in recruitment marketing collateral efforts.- Core member of Talent Acquisition Social Media Team; assists with content curating, monitoring posts and team communications.- Implements and tracks various branding campaigns (segmented, local and/or national) internally and in partnership with external vendors.**Qualifications**- 0-2 years’ experience in marketing, employer branding, or a related field.- Strong communication skills in English and attention to detail.- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.- Skilled in Meta platforms, graphic design, and video production / editing.(preferred).At Integon, great things happen when our people work together.
