In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct demand is met for our customers while optimizing inventories. You will plan production to secure optimal utilization of flow and resources, and procure components in the right quantity and time using MRP-SAP, meeting inventory targets. Additionally, you will coordinate with Inbound & Logistics to ensure the timely arrival of raw materials and maintain communication with customer service regarding urgent orders and allocations.**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.- Control stock levels for semi-finished and finished goods, including monitoring, responsibility for stock levels, and counting.- Release planned orders and production orders for semi-finished and finished goods.- Follow up on daily production output.- Conduct S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) analysis and schedule production in SAP.- Maintain accurate production master data, including new codes, deletions, and changes.- Level production loads and prioritize production orders.- Register scrap for finished goods.- Address component stock deviations on the shop floor.- Ensure communication regarding production planning levels and changes in demand relevant for supplier collaboration and development.- Monitor stock levels, including global availability and reliability.- Confirm and deliver sales orders as requested, taking action when necessary.- Evaluate sales patterns and take corrective actions when needed.- Monitor stock transport orders and return flows.- Establish close communication with fulfillment and outbound logistics to ensure excellent customer service.- Place orders for raw materials according to expected demand, secure order confirmations, follow-up, and update orders.- Ensure close cooperation between planning and inbound logistics.- Analyze and resolve blocked invoices.- Maintain master data accuracy across all relevant fields to ensure optimal performance and results.- Maintain safety stocks as needed and manage slow-moving and excess components.- Maintain purchase master data.- Support supplier performance by highlighting and addressing issues and analyzing root causes.- Secure documentation of processes, evaluation, and development across plants, business units, and industrial areas to ensure best practices and create the foundation for world-class logistics.**Background & Skills**:- Bachelor’s Degree- 3 -5 years of experience in related positions- Knowledge and experience working with SAP- Bilingual English/Spanish- Passionate about learning and to continuously improve skills.- Organized and process oriented.- Professional and outstanding communication skills in all aspects and situations especially, when dealing with customers, suppliers and co-workers.**Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow**:At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
