Job Description As a Client Relationship Manager at Pluxee México, you will manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, conduct regular client reviews, collaborate with sales and account management teams, and provide clients with updates on new products and services. You will also prepare and present reports on client relationship metrics and performance. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell products and services. Conduct regular client reviews and satisfaction assessments. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to address client needs. Provide clients with updates on new products and services. Prepare and present reports on client relationship metrics and performance. Certification Requirements Certified Client Relationship Manager (CCRM) or equivalent preferred. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Work Experience Requirements 3–5 years of experience in client relationship management or a related field.
