In this role, you will be working for MAES, a business unit of Element solutions Inc *NYSE:ESI).**What will you be doing?**:- Plan and carry out projects using appropriate project management tools as required, for example, facility modifications, machine upgrades, installation of new production lines.- Manage and balance routine preventive maintenance tasks with technical maintenance staff, coordinating machine availability time per production for the performance of preventive or corrective tasks in order to optimize the performance of maintenance work.- This Job Profile will be used for benchmarking, and as the basis for the advertisement on the ESI careers site through MyESI. Please ensure you include all information- Maintain good working standards in all production areas and general areas of the plant.- Provide support with the management of the Maintenance warehouse inventory of critical spare parts and consumables.- Develop and maintain close communication with suppliers to the maintenance department.- Comply with company rules and regulations.- Be as flexible as possible and perform any other tasks within the department as necessary.- Provide repair and maintenance of all machinery in the different production lines, such as: pumps, compressors, motors, electrical panels, adjustments, calibrations, sensor replacement, etc.- Focus on continuous improvement in processes and those of the plant.**Who are You?**:- Completed engineering degree (See Education).- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Maintenance area.**What competencies will you need?**:- Hydraulic and flow diagrams at machine level.- Communication skills with colleagues and boss to give continuity to assigned activities during their shift or change of shift.- Ability to work with mathematical concepts, such as fundamentals of plane geometry, trigonometry, electrical laws.- Knowledge of integration and automation with the use of logic in PLC programming (desirable)- Knowledge of IATF and ISO 14001 (desirable)- 70% English level (written and spoken).**We are Offering...**:- 30-day Christmas bonus.- Vacation bonus of 90%.- Life insurance- Major medical expenses insurance.- Grocery vouchers of 11.3% of monthly salary.- Restaurant vouchers of 800 pesos per month.- Savings fund of 13% with legal cap.Teamwork - At Element Solutions Inc, you will be part of a highly collaborative culture that promotes coninuos improvement through cross functional partenerships to achieve our mission.
