Therefore, we need talented and innovative people who are passionate about what they do.Now we are looking for this position:**Sales Reporting Jr Manager****Main Purpose**You will manage have the objective of supporting the CCO Sales Strategy commercial teams by creating, executing, and populating the information related to the commercial area with standard reports and BI tools.Also, you will be the Point of Contact between business and technology teams such as troubleshooting data or performance issues.As a leader you will be leading the CTS reporting LATAM agenda through guarantee the OLAs & SLAs stablished with the market and also you will be required to work with the Sales Strategy teams in the OUs in gathering requirements, being able to document needs, and managing themselves with setting up appropriate activities.**Accountabilities**- Lead the Commercial Reporting for LATAM agenda through guarantee the OLAs & SLAs stablished with the market- Responsible to create a Cost-to-Serve Analysis; Extract data to build a CTS analysis and share with Finance team- Ensure required cost data and supporting documents are prepared timely, accurately and are in compliance with solicitation.- Establish process to identify, track, escalate, resolve, and report customer problems.- Participate the continues improvements meeting- Generate & guarantee right communication with stake holders for the Sales Team & sales finance.- Winning key stakeholder trust by understanding business context and being a strategic partner to stakeholders**Qualifications/Requirements**:**Qualifications/ Requirements**- Business Administration, Engineer or Data & Analytics related career- 3 - 4 years of relevant professional experience- Proven work experience related with Sales Finance/Control or Sales teams.- Functional experience in Reading P&L, understand finance allocations.- Good understanding of Business analytics and reporting tools (Tableau, SAP Business Objects, MicroStrategy, Oracle, etc.)- Expertise using different source systems of data like SAP/BW, Teradata, EDW, Flat files etc.- Knowledge of data governance models and Customer/Material hierarchies- Advance English oral and written communication skills- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time- Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the processThis position is based in Mexico City, MexicoThank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your career**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo**Relocation Eligible**: Not Applicable**Job Type**: Pipeline
