**_Talent Acquisition Specialist _****SUMMARY****Duties and responsibilities**:- Create and publish job ads in various portals- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and virtual events- Collaborate with Recruitment Coordinator to set qualification criteria for future employees- Analyzing recruitment software and the performance of recruitment agencies and recommending improvements or changes- Work with department heads to set qualifications for each position**Qualifications**:- Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Recruiter, or a similar role.- Hands-on experience with the largest job sites- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites- Strong interpersonal skills- Good written and verbal communications skills- English and Spanish advanced and fluid (REQUIRED)- Ability to be detail-oriented, diligent, and flexible- Willing to work on the Pacific Standard Time schedule (LA time)- Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above) and with an internet connection of at least 10mbps**What we offer**:- **USD $4 to $5 per hour (40 hrs per week)**:- Wi-Fi subsidy after the 3rd month- HMO Subsidy or Coverage (Depending on the location)- Performance Incentives- Work 100% from homeTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $100.00 la horaHorario:- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- Reclutamiento: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
