**Agente de Carga Logística InternacionalResumen de la Función**El Agente de Carga Logística Internacional es responsable de coordinar, organizar y supervisar el transporte internacional de mercancías, actuando como intermediario entre clientes, transportistas, aerolíneas, navieras y autoridades aduaneras. Garantiza el cumplimiento de normativas, plazos y requisitos documentales, asegurando eficiencia, seguridad y conformidad en toda la cadena logística.**Principales Responsabilidades**- Planificar, organizar y coordinar operaciones de importación y exportación (aérea, marítima y terrestre).- Realizar cotizaciones de fletes internacionales, ofreciendo soluciones competitivas a los clientes.- Preparar, revisar y controlar la documentación necesaria (conocimiento de embarque, facturas comerciales, packing list, certificados de origen, entre otros).- Gestionar trámites aduaneros, garantizando el cumplimiento de la legislación y requisitos de comercio exterior.- Monitorear embarques y descargas, asegurando la integridad y puntualidad de las mercancías.- Mantener contacto directo con clientes, proveedores y agentes internacionales, brindando soporte e información sobre el estado de las operaciones.- Gestionar incidencias operativas (retrasos, daños, faltantes de documentación), proponiendo soluciones rápidas y eficaces.- Apoyar en actividades administrativas relacionadas con facturación, cobranza y cierre de procesos logísticos.**Requisitos**- Formación universitaria completa o en curso en Logística, Comercio Exterior, Administración o áreas relacionadas.- Experiência previa en agencias de carga o logística internacional.- Conocimiento de procesos aduaneros y documentación de comercio exterior.- Inglés intermedio/avanzado (otro idioma será un plus).- Manejo de sistemas de gestión logística y paquete Office.**Competencias Personales**- Organización y atención al detalle.- Comunicación efectiva y habilidades interpersonales.- Capacidad de negociación y resolución de problemas.- Proactividad y orientación al cliente.- Trabajo en equipo y adaptabilidad.** Contrato por tiempo indeterminadoTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Opción a contrato indefinidoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
