**Jr. Fulfillment and Shipping Compliance Specialist****Key Responsibilities**:- Assist in the fulfillment process by accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment.- Ensure all shipping activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and product integrity.- Maintain organized and accurate records of shipping and receiving activities.- Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.- Assist in resolving shipping issues, discrepancies, and customer complaints in a timely manner.- Support inventory management activities, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation.- Assist in the preparation of shipping documentation and labels.- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics and supply chain department.**Qualifications**:- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.- 1-3 years of experience in a fulfillment, shipping, or logistics role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).- Familiarity with inventory management software and shipping platforms.- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.- Knowledge of shipping regulations and compliance standards is a plus.- English speaking is a plus
