We have an open role with international stakeholders in the Financial dept in our Shared Services CenterIngredion is hiring a Financial Analyst; this role will perform financial analysis and prepare the periodic financial reporting packets/presentations to support the Latin America business planning and decision-making processes that ensure profitability and sustainability of the Latin America business.Core Responsibilities:- Responsible for analyzing the current and forecast results for LATAM, assisting management in the preparation, review, and analysis of annual and periodic budgets.- Prepare and provide financial information for internal and external audits, ensuring that the information is accurate and timely.- Prepare monthly reconciliations of accounts in a timely manner to ensure that they comply with internal control policies.- Provide advice related to daily entries as necessary ensuring that transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with applicable regulations.- Perform the analysis of accounts and other projects as requested by internal clients and the Manager.- Interact with and support team members, participate in problem solving and team activities.- Work on special projects required by the business units.- Clearly identify internal customers and internal functions to ensure customer satisfaction both in the SCC and in the business units.- Have been involved in the preparation of budgets and administrative expenses and in general in previous experiences.- Reporting and database skills and tools: PowerBI and/or Power Pivot and Power Query is a must- Experience in finance in fast-paced work environments.- Ability to analyze financial results, financial and strategic impacts for making business decisions- Ability to identify problems, develop solutions and take advantage of opportunities- Proficiency in MS Office Suite programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI etc.)- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.- Intermediate EnglishCompany Background:Ingredion is a Fortune 500 public company, provider of ingredient solutions that helps nourish, comfort, sustain, and delight people around the world.
