Manufacturing Assistant Manager

Descripción y detalle de las actividadesWe are looking for a highly skilled Manufacturing Assistant Manager to join our team at a world-class multinational company. This role will be crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our production operations while providing direct support to the Plant Manager in strategic decision-making.**Main Responsibilities**:- Track and analyze production KPIs to ensure targets are met.- Prepare and present detailed corporate reports and performance reviews of the plant.- Organize and plan daily agendas for production meetings and other key events.- Manage, protect, and store confidential documentation properly.- Analyze and improve daily production operations to optimize processes and workflow.- Coordinate meetings with multidisciplinary teams to align strategies and priorities.- Continuously advise the Plant Manager on production matters, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to enhance performance.- Resolve operational issues and coordinate resources to ensure an uninterrupted workflow.- Oversee the implementation of process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.Experiência y requisitos**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.**Experience**: At least 3 years in similar roles with a focus on manufacturing and production.**Additional Skills**:- Strong analytical skills to interpret production data and make data-driven decisions.- Experience with continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen) is a plus.- Advanced skills in production management software and ERP systems.- Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with multidisciplinary teams and management levels.- Ability to lead process improvement projects with a focus on cost reduction and increased efficiency.**Language**: Bilingual (Spanish and English) with strong fluency in both languages.**Availability to travel**: Must be able to travel to the U.S. with a valid visa.**Other Desired Skills**:- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.- Proactivity and problem-solving mindset.- Experience in leading and coordinating work teams.Beneficios- Prestaciones de la ley- Bonos- comedor- transporte- uniforme- utilidades garantizadas- fondo de ahorro- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Producción/Manufactura**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Turno Matutino- Tuno de 10 horas- Lunes a viernes**Salario mensual neto** $36,000 - $45,000 MXN**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés **Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** Si
