If you are energized by the impact you can make at Tala, we’d love to hear from you**The Role**We are looking for a content designer to join our Experience Design team. Content design is at the heart of our design process and you'll work side-by-side with product designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape the future of Tala products.**What You'll Do**:- Create content for our mobile app experience across all touchpoints, including navigation and UI content, in-app notifications, chatbots, help, and more.- Contribute to projects in ways that enhance the clarity and usability of product experiences, and guide teams towards solving the most important problems.- Edit and contribute to designs and content using Figma.- Collaborate with design on page layout, interactions, and visual tone.- Use data and research to evaluate your content’s impact, and push for continuous improvement that shows real results.**What You'll Need**:- 5+ years working in a product design environment on consumer apps where you owned content design projects and strategy; financial services expertise is an advantage- Fluency in Spanish and English- Experience working with Figma; creating content components is an advantage- Experience designing human-centered solutions using language that scales across markets and locales.Our vision is to build a new financial ecosystem where everyone can participate on equal footing and access the tools they need to be financially healthy.
