This is a remote position.Como **Data Analyst **serás la persona ideal para apoyar el área de Business Performance, tu función principal será el mantenimiento escalable y la creación de soluciones para la infraestructura de datos. Con la inspección, limpieza, transformación y modelado de la información, fundamental para tomar decisionesAlgunas de tus principales actividades serán:- Desarrollar soluciones escalables que se adapten a nuestro entorno actual teniendo en cuenta los requisitos de crecimiento futuro.- Colaborar con pares en diseño de soluciones de información y técnicas de codificación.- Análisis de requerimientos entrantes, planeación y plan de liberación de los mismos.- Colaborar con equipos de negocio y de sistemas para la definición correcta de los modelos de información y/o métricas- Automatizar la recopilación, el procesamiento y el análisis de datos- Monitorear y solucionar problemas de infraestructura de datos- Optimizar el rendimiento y la escalabilidad de los datos- Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener la infraestructura de datos de la empresaComo **Data Analyst en Layer7 **buscamos a alguien con excelentes habilidades en el manejo de datos y presentación de modelos y reportes, con un alto sentido de responsabilidad que le permitan la toma de decisiones/valoraciones correspondientes con temas del área de Business Performance.Queremos que formes parte de nuestro talentoso y ambicioso equipo de profesionales**Requirements**:Ingeniería en sistemas o afín.Experiência mínima de 1 a 3 años en áreas de Data AnalyticConocimiento en Java, es un plus tener conocimientos en R o PythonSQL para extracción, manipulación y análisis de datosManejar bases de datos (relacionales, no relacionales)Arquitectura de datos (modelado de datos, gestión de metadatos, integración de datos y diseño de la infraestructura de datos)Herramientas de visualización Tableau, Power BI o alguna similar, ETLManejo de Excel**Benefits**:- Empleo 100% Remoto.- Salario competitivo.- Prestaciones Superiores a las de ley.- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores.- Seguro de gastos médicos menores.- Herramientas necesarias (laptop y software)- Horario flexible.Ingeniería en ciencia de datos, sistemas o afin
