**Job Title**:Process Improvement Specialist**Position Purpose****Primary Accountabilities**- Coordinate and schedule the Line Review schedule, specific factories, and objectives for periodic transactions (LRW, Pre and Post, etc.) for sales floor and Hard parts area, throughout the fiscal year.- Manage and program the ADD / DELETE (ADR) of the post Line analysis, quick solution, etc. Where all the steps are communicated automatically, but when a delay occurs, the owner has the ability to communicate and interact effectively at many levels of the organization. Where necessary, provide maintenance support and address the execution system.- Coordinates and schedules the inventory meeting, to define the projects to be linked, respecting the 16 hours of implementation authorized for the operations department, to communicate the areas involved (Merchandise, Supply Chain, Operations, etc.) to detonate the processes corresponding.- Coordinate and communicate the projects to link, with a brief explanation of the preparation for the time in implementation in stores.- Define the design of the process and improve the projects until their completion. This requires the holder to have the ability to think about the terms of process flow and identification of component operations and interrelationships.- Perform other tasks and key projects as assigned by the supervisor.**Education & Experience**Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: Business, Engineering, TechnologyYears of Experience: Three to five years.Type of Experience: Project management, Retail, Store Operations, Merchandising, Visual DesignSpecial Certifications or Techicals Skills: Reflexis, ExcelOther/Preferred: Intermediate English
