Participa en la introducción de nuevos productos para el desarrollo de los métodos de medición y la validación de estosResponsabilidades Esenciales:- Establecer métodos de medición de acuerdo con la especificación del producto, teniendo soporte con el equipo de calidad y de manufactura para el análisis de Capacidad de Proceso (Cpk)- Validar los métodos de medición por medio del análisis GR&R.- Realizar estudios y gráficos dimensionales para nuevos productos como también los existentes- Validar los primeros artículos de liberación de set-up conforme sea requerido.- Participar en las actividades de mejora de continua para el uso efectivo de los instrumentos de medición utilizados en proceso y laboratorio.- Cumplir con el reglamento interior de trabajo.- Cumplir con el reglamento de seguridad e higiene.- Participar en las actividades encaminadas a completar acciones correctivas y/o preventivas.Requisitos del Puesto:**EDUCATION**: Recién egresado de Ingeniería, preferentemente o Preparatoria terminada con experiência en la industria en procesos de maquinado CNC**EXPERIENCE**:- Experiência laboral previa como ingeniero de calidad o puesto similar.- Conocimiento de términos técnicos de maquinado.- Familiaridad con el análisis estadístico, conocimiento y uso de Minitab (deseable)- Manejo de las herramientas Office, Excel preferentemente- Interpretación de dibujos de ingeniería.- Conocimiento y usos de instrumentos de medición como: vernier, micrómetro, microscopio, indicador digital, conversiones de unidades.- Conocimiento básico para operación de equipo de medición CMM (deseable)
