Where no two days are the same.- YOUR ROLE- Set up new users and manage changes to user roles and access.- Provide support for software-related issues and troubleshoot user tickets.- Resolve integration issues with SAP and other enterprise systems.- Manage user access and role changes in accordance with security policies.- Create and configure user profiles.- Monitor and manage audit trails and logs for compliance.- Troubleshoot access issues, error messages, and performance problems.- Manage job scheduler alerts and notifications.- Resolve printer and device-related issues.- Support Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) activities.- Handle robotic process automation (ROBOT) issues.- YOUR PROFILE- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- **3-5 years of experience in IT operations, system support, or a similar role.**- Proven experience as an **AS400 Administrator** or working with **IBM iSeries environments.**- Strong understanding of **IBM i,** **system performance monitoring**, **patch management,** and **upgrades**.- Familiarity with **SAP integration** and enterprise software environments.- Familiarity with **software installation** and **configuration on AS400 systems.**- Solid knowledge of **IT security principles**, access control, and audit compliance.- Experience with job scheduling tools, robotic process automation, and system cleanup procedures.- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- **Strong communication skills** and ability to work collaboratively across teams.- **Fluent in English (spoken and written).**- WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?- At Capgemini Engineering, we encourage flexibility in how, when, and where people get their work done, allowing a better work-life balance, and greater empowerment.
