Para enfrentar mejor estos desafíos, necesitas: Brindar soporte técnico de manera presencial a los usuarios de las aplicaciones y de los hardware (por ejemplo, PCS, servidores, computadoras centrales) en la organización. Actuar con los servicios de redes, con los ingenieros de sistemas de software o con el desarrollo de aplicaciones para restablecer el servicio o identificar problemas. Importante contar con: 1 año de experiencia Diagnóstico y reparación de PCs, laptops, impresoras, escáneres y periféricos. Ensamble, instalación y sustitución de componentes (RAM, disco, fuentes, tarjetas). Instalación y configuración de sistemas operativos Windows (7, 10, 11) y ocasionalmente Linux o macOS. Instalación de aplicaciones de oficina (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, navegadores, antivirus, etc.). Manejo de herramientas de administración remota (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Remote Desktop, etc.). Conceptos básicos de TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN y Wi-Fi. Configuración de impresoras en red, mapeo de unidades compartidas, y solución de problemas de conectividad. Tickets y soporte: Uso de sistemas de gestión de incidencias (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, GLPI, OTRS, etc.). Documentación de casos y seguimiento de SLAs. Seguridad informática básica: Buenas prácticas de contraseñas, políticas de acceso, y manejo seguro de información Excelente comunicación oral y escrita . Atención al cliente y empatía con usuarios no técnicos. Resolución de problemas bajo presión. Trabajo en equipo y coordinación con niveles de soporte superiores. Gestión del tiempo y priorización de incidentes. Herramientas Frecuentes Consolas de administración de Active Directory (para desbloquear usuarios, restablecer contraseñas, etc.). Consolas de antivirus corporativo (ESET, Symantec, Defender for Endpoint, etc.). Herramientas de imagen y clonación de sistemas (Clonezilla, Acronis, Ghost).
